I am passionate about bridging the gap between technology and its users. With a focus on learning, process management/improvement and embracing new technology, I\'ve led significant transitions, including a migration to Office 365, the adoption of SharePoint and MSTeams and succeeded at introducing eLearning and early \'social\' tools (Wikis, blogs, etc). I\'ve even enabled my mom to use her iPhone and find the Equestrian competitions on Peacock for the 2024 Olympics.My efforts helped foster a culture of collaboration, crucial to success during and after the Pandemic.    Enable a smooth and user-focused relationship with our technology partners. The ‘friendly face’ of that new tech.Championed and supported a migration off virtual machines to support the state of working post-Pandemic, resulting in better customer service, employee satisfaction, and reduce tech outages.Led the conversion from IBM/Lotus products to Office 365 with no service interruption and minimal downtime.Using Teams and Sharepoint, I lead several Communities of Practice/user forums to support technology initiatives.Presented at 2 annual internal tech conferences on the use of Sharepoint and integration with O365 tools.Collaborated with Communications org to announce new features, initiatives, and problems fixes.Collaborated with Learning and Development to address knowledge gaps.Piloted GenAI for email.Introduced the use of PowerAutomate for small-midsized project management and data management.
