After working in Financial Services for over 30 years (exiting in 2020) Sean decided to follow a new career by training and qualifying as a RLSS UK Lifeguard in early 2022. One could say there wasn\'t much of a transferable skillset however \"Sink or Swim\" does spring to mind.this binary outcome being dependent on the organisation you work for and most importantly the people you work with! During his City career Sean worked for Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM) joining them in January 2010 as Head of Third Party Sales responsible for developing / implementing strategy with Key Strategic Partners. Previous to LGIM, working at Schroders and Henderson Global Investors, where he held various senior positions including Head of Strategic Accounts & Multi Asset Distribution, Head of Third Party Distribution, Head of Intermediary Sales and Acting Head of UK RetailSpecialities: Current=Lifeguarding- Supervision, Intervention and Rescue, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, AED and First Aid.
