About Sean King
I\'ve worked in telecom, workforce management SaaS, and distribution (Charter/Spectrum, IQNavigator, Arrow). Operational industries where legacy systems, regulatory constraints, and sheer complexity mean the usual Silicon Valley playbooks don\'t apply.I call it Dirty Jobs work. The industries most product people avoid are, honestly, where the most interesting problems are. I spend time with the people doing the work before I design anything, follow the workarounds to find where the systems are actually failing, and stay until it\'s working.At Charter, we had 40+ disconnected systems, each with its own version of who the customer was. I built the identity layer that made the customer visible across all of them, and support calls dropped 60%.That same context engineering approach used to require enterprise scale. It doesn\'t anymore. AI changed the math, and now a ten-person service business can do what used to take a platform team. That\'s what Human Context does. I take the knowledge a business already runs on (the decision patterns, the operational know-how, the way things actually get done that lives in people\'s heads and shared drives and years of practice) and make it available to their AI and their tools. The technical work only holds up when it\'s grounded in how people actually think and make decisions, which is why the Dirty Jobs work came first.Human Context is the consulting practice.
