For over a decade, I’ve managed online spaces which supported members through their most vulnerable moments, from the challenges of new motherhood to mental health struggles and bereavement. My work sits at the intersection of hands-on community management and long-term strategy. I don\'t just moderate; I build the safeguarding frameworks and sustainable growth plans that keep spaces supportive, engaging and safe. I also look after the technical side, and I\'m experienced in digital project management, harnessing user insight and analytics to continually improve the experience of our users.
