I work at the intersection of infrastructure automation, AI, and real-world operations.At Red Hat, I focus on helping organizations turn automation from isolated scripts into reliable, scalable platforms. My work centers on the Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, where I build technical content, demos, and solution architectures that show how teams can automate complex infrastructure across hybrid cloud environments.Over the past several years, my focus has expanded into AI-driven automation and AIOps. I explore how insights from observability platforms and AI models can trigger trusted, governed automation that closes the gap between detection and remediation. This includes work with event-driven automation, agentic workflows, and integrating large language models with infrastructure automation.Before Red Hat, I spent many years designing and operating large-scale networks as a CCIE (emeritus #40514).
