Primarily responsible for servicing the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Electronic Physical Security Department, increasing segmented income by over 300% in my first year active is this role.• Assa-Abloy Access Control CertifiedWork Order Management:• Created a comprehensive Excel tracker that enable me to monitor work orders from cradle to grave, including key KPI elements.• Provide regular updates of work order statuses, reporting of obstacles and challenges team is addressing.• Manage the procurement of materials and ensure delivered materials are properly accounted for, invoiced, and invoices approved.• Ensure the quality of work meets both C2 and UAB standards and requirements through regular site visits.• Review work order designs, BOMs, and any additional documentation for each work order.• Plan and forecast installation activities.• Identify potential problems or risks and develop resolutions to keep work orders on track. • Communicate noteworthy KPI and other relevant information to senior management as directed.• Support project operations through scheduling, resource acquisition, managing customer expectations, and job-site inventory.Personnel Management:• Lead and mentor a team of highly skilled of low voltage technicians.• Develop a sustainable and purposeful training plan.• Ensure a professional work environment; maintain high standards for customer service and reliability.• Ensure the subordinates are complying with all safety policies and standards.• Support team in execution of duties by aiding in material delivery to jobs sites, providing additional on-site assistance as required, and providing crowd control or other interference mitigation.• Coordinate recruiting and vetting of new team members based upon business needs.• Promote a corps de esprit environment that supports and engages team members.
