I have lived in Thailand and China for 7 years and am fluent in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin. I am also a proud Purdue graduate – Boiler Up!I am currently the Weekend Operations Manager for Frito-Lay, a division of Pepsi-Co, located at the Irving Manufacturing Site. Previously, I was the Zone Operations Manager for 2 Distribution Centers located in Indianapolis, IN and South Bend, IN. I have worked all three shifts at Frito-Lay with prior responsibility for production that included: receiving, processing, packaging, warehouse, shipping, crewing, quality and continuous improvement.

Responsible for executing production plans, optimizing labor and line performance, resolving operational issues in real time, and maintaining strong compliance with food safety and quality standards. Partner with frontline leaders to drive continuous improvement, strengthen accountability, and improve key performance metrics through structured problem-solving, process discipline, and team development. Play a key role in building operational capability and ensuring consistent execution across weekend shifts.
