Sean is currently a software engineering manager at Meta’s Reality labs, supporting the camera algorithms software team. He is responsible for developing and integrating camera algorithms for all VR and AR products: examples include AEC, AWB, AF, Foveation, HDR, EIS, and many more. His team helped deliver the Meta Quest Pro, Meta Quest 3/3s, RayBan Meta, and is working on many more exciting products. With over 14 years of software experience, Sean leads dynamic teams through project execution; encouraging passion to drive innovation in order to transform the customer experience. Sean specializes in building effective teams, technical project execution, and innovating on future technologies - backed with a solid foundation in algorithm development. Sean has a unique background being a core software developer, which enabled him to transition into technical project execution and management.
