Certified Data Scientist, engineer, biotech scientist and entrepreneur passionate about data: big and small. Recognized innovator and servant leader applying advanced statistical methods, data science and Agile tools to process development and product commercialization. 7 patents as well as internal awards for delivered technology. Sean has experience and training in accredited, state-of-the-art, project-oriented data science methods, Python libraries and online vendors. For his final project, Sean designed, trained and tuned deep neural networks and other ensemble learning methods to predict the toxicities of chemical compounds using AWS cloud services. At Amgen Sean Led Upstream Commercial Process Development for 2 major cancer drug candidates: Patritumab (AMG and Conatumumab (AMG 655). Sean was a primary champion, lead, and developer of Amgen\'s worldwide upstream data capture, analysis, visualization and storage tools: • Led introduction and use of Agile methods at Amgen (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Test Driven Development - TDD, Continuous Integration - CI, Continuous Delivery - CD, Continuous Deployment - CD) • Scrum Master, Product Owner or Developer of full-stack applications (Oracle, Node.js, AngularJS and Oracle, C#, Excel, Add-in), standardized Excel sheets, add-ins (VBA) and installer (Inno Setup) and JMP applications. Sean was champion, advocate, trainer and coach for application of advanced statistical methods such as statistical Design of Experiment (DOE), Shewhart control charts and many others. Led within- and between-company JMP statistical software users\' groups to advance and share practices. Sean supervised teams up to 4 people including direct reports, external contractors and inter-department cooperation.
