ABOUT SEAN PAYANT
As President at Haberfeld, I lead a team of almost 70 talented professionals in delivering our High Performance Growth Strategy for community financial institutions. Our mission is to increase core customers and members, as well as improve utilization of additional banking products and services, increase low-cost deposits, and enhance profitability. In my role, I also serve on the six-person management team, focusing on maintaining excellence in service to our employee-owners and clients. In addition, I am responsible for assisting with the growth of our medical vertical, HabWell.In addition to my role at Haberfeld, I am a faculty member at the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking and the Pacific Coast Banking School, where I share my expertise and insights with aspiring bankers. I also have spoken at more than 250 industry events. With over 25 years of experience in the banking industry, I have developed strong skills in relationship development, strategic thinking, and presentations. My goal is to contribute to the growth and success of the banking sector while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
