Composing, selecting, and editing music to specific durations and scenes while maintaining beat, rhythm, and bar count for podcast episodes and documentaries.Noise reduction tools for room tone, removing clicks, plosives, and softening reverberant/distorted recordings.Delivering consistent mix specs to Loudness Standards of -24 LUFS/LKFS for docs and -16 LUFS/LKFS for podcasts. Creating and updating music libraries for the Post Reports show organized by genre, mood, and tempo.Traveling nationwide for tape sync interviews and custom sound FX recordings.Developed a new natural conversational sound for the Post Reports podcast involving:Unique EQ, noise reduction, and compression parameters baked into plug-ins in templates for Washington Post audio team. New workflows for dialog, tape, and music - utilizing submix bussing, and a new metering chain for each submix component. Creating custom EQ and compression templates/parameters for recurring hosts and guests. Importing separate Pro Tools sessions from producers into one master mix session.Audio Engineer/Mixer and Music Supervisor for two critically acclaimed 2022 documentaries:“Bring Them Home” “Outside The Revolution” Music composer/sound designer for the 2022 mini-golf video game,\"The Gerrymander Invitational”.Recording engineer and mixer for the National Symphony Orchestra’s unique instruments project.
