I do this by working collaboratively with HR, Finance, Operations, and IT leaders to help their organization control costs, improve productivity, and effectively manage the growth of their workforce. I\'ve been working in the HCM space for the past 9 years, specifically focused on fostering growth in Eastern and Atlantic Canada. I found my love for helping others improve as a certified snowboard and swim instructor and from captaining various sports teams. I work for UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), as a Strategic Development Manager in Halifax. Here at UKG we have a partner for life mentality and live up to it with 96% customer retention. We have earned this by solving customers challenges both proactively and reactively, providing free unlimited training and by reinvesting 20% of annual revenues into R&D.
