    Business Development Develop international revenue generation programs for P-8A/I, Triton and Global Hawk ISR payload suites for global security, weather monitoring, disaster relief, scientific research, border patrol and port surveillance. Advise executive leadership on long-term strategic direction and new growth opportunities. Develop customer relationships with existing and new customers, including senior company and government agency leaders, to ensure reputation of company is respected. Assemble and execute Advanced Programs business strategies in live with the current business overarching strategy. Build and execute marketing and communications plans to support the specific capture process. Main Achievements As part of the Global Hawk UAS Program, I secured a two-fold victory of winning Congressional support for the program, as well as bringing jobs and economic development to the Red River Valley Region in North Dakota and Minnesota. Ensured consensus among Grand Forks Base Realignment Impact Committee, the University of North Dakota, the UND Aerospace Foundation and the Northland Aerospace Foundation. Coordinated partnerships to launch the Northland Community and Technical College’s UAS technician training program, with a first class graduated in 2012, and with an estimated reduction of personnel costs of 40%.
