I’m an engineer and entrepreneur who’s passionate about turning ideas into real, life-changing products. For over a decade, I’ve worked in the medical device industry, helping bring innovative in-vitro diagnostic instruments to market under strict ISO and FDA standards. I grew from a hands-on mechanical engineer into a director leading diverse teams of engineers and scientists. Along the way, I helped streamline development processes, introduce Agile methods, and deliver complex projects that met both technical and regulatory goals, all while keeping collaboration and quality at the center.Today, I balance my role in Technical Sales at VEGA Americas with running my own business, Erkunden, where I get to merge creativity, design, and leadership. I love connecting people, solving tough problems, and building things that make a difference, whether it’s a product, a process, or a team that works better together.
