Reporting to the group CTO I lead a team of 25 FTE and hold accountability for the £7 million annual IT opex budget. I oversee the running of a £1.8 million (p\\a) Cloud Infrastructure estate that is largely aligned to the Microsoft Reference Architecture templates. Initially recruited to head up IT Operations I was asked to take over all technology dimensions including Architecture, Test & Release and Service Delivery \\ Technical Operations in Feb 2019.
