ABOUT SEAN BATES

I began my career at 3M in the USA as a Principal Industrial Engineer, where my work centred on designing end-to-end workflows and value systems—from concept through delivery—within corporate innovation and advanced engineering environments. I am a named inventor on multiple patents (materials, process engineering, and product innovation). I am also a published author and have been a guest speaker at real estate industry events held at ExCeL London and the NEC (Birmingham).I then moved into general management, bringing together technical delivery, commercial judgement, and operational leadership.I now apply that same rigour to real estate—combining value engineering, deal execution, planning strategy, and associated commercial law to move projects from opportunity to delivery.I am a substantial investor and hold a large portfolio of residential and commercial property, alongside promoting, acquiring, and developing sustainable housing and commercial schemes.I’m MSc-trained across Engineering, Business Administration, and Real Estate, and a graduate of the Real Estate Masters programme at Henley Business School (University of Reading).I am Properties Director at the Feltham Group (Feltham Properties and Feltham Construction). We promote, acquire, and develop sustainable housing and commercial schemes across the South East, with funding in place to purchase sites up to £25m.
