More importantly, the things that bring me inspiration in life are nature, deep + connected conversation, family + friends, and time spent exploring. I am happiest when hiking, trail-running, skate skiing, and alpine skiing. For me, time is nature is a moving meditation which allows the answers to present themselves and the creativity to flow.

   Responsible for all aspects of fractional Owners’ bi-annual time assignments via rotating pick allocation system. Negotiate and manage purchase of time between owners via Owner to Owner program, trade of in-season and cross-seasonal time, and revenue management and reporting. Work closely with HOA and management to ensure smooth and accurate communication of information to Owners. Key liaison for new Owners to ensure complete understanding of complex and highly nuanced program designed to ensure Owners have the utmost flexibility in achieving their stay preferences and revenue goals. Management and oversight of rental program via revenue tracking and reporting while working closely with Retail Reservations Team. Work with Owner Services Team to ensure adequate inventory is pre-released for summer and winter seasons that meets the needs of both Owners and retail guests. Create and strengthen relationships with Owners to fully understand their short and long term ownership goals, individual and family preferences, and seasonal needs.
