I organize and execute semester-long recruitment strategies, manage a recruitment committee, and develop marketing efforts to attract high-achieving candidates aligned with our organization’s values. I coordinate recruitment events, maintain communication with potential new members, and ensure a smooth and professional onboarding process. In the Spring of 2025, through data-driven planning and leadership, I contributed to the sustained growth and success of the chapter, recruiting the largest spring semester class on campus of nine members while upholding the Balanced Man ideal of continuous personal development.
