We help diners channel their business to places that are more sustainable while also working directly with restaurants on how to profitably go green. We take a dollars-and-cents approach that avoids culture wars. Consultations are free. Newer initiatives relate to high schools and senior living facilities, similarly facilitating the shift from single-use to reuse.
