ABOUT SEAN WINE
Experienced leader working across multiple segments of the renewable energy markets. The early part of my career focused on developing alternative fueling programs with large corporations and municipalities, resulting in the delivery of over 100 compressed natural gas fueling station infrastructure projects throughout the Western U.S. This included leading cross-departmental teams from engineering, construction, and operations, with ultimate P&L responsibility of our solid waste market in the West, which exceeded $30 million per year. My career pivoted to focus on the development of renewable energy projects on the heels of EPA\'s Renewable Fuel Standard, and California\'s Low Carbon Fuel Standard, where I was able to distribute some of the very first renewable natural gas (RNG) in the industry. I later moved into Strategic Development and Operations to lead the company\'s RNG initiatives. In 2022, I moved into a senior leadership role with oversight over a team Compliance, Operations, Sales, and Sustainability professionals. Our group has become the largest distributor of RNG to the transportation market in North America, both in terms of volume and revenue, and is expanding into new opportunities in the Renewable Electricity and Hydrogen markets. We represent approximately 40% of the RNG used for transportation in the U.S. and over 50% of the RNG used for transportation in California. My primary responsibilities focus on growing our renewables business platform, corporate strategy, P&L management, and board representation. I work with federal and state regulators, and advocate with global carbon accounting bodies (WRI/WBCSD) for improved Scope 1, 2, & 3 reporting requirements to further decarbonize the transportation industry.
