I am back working in Operations at CLEAResult in Michigan. Applying the experience I have gathered since 2010, I lead a team and oversee design and implementation of energy efficiency program plans.Prior to coming back into Operations, I spent approximately three years in Business Development in CLEAResult\'s Central and East regions covering Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, and Wisconsin.Prior to Business Development, I designed and implemented energy efficiency program plans for multiple residential, commercial, and industrial portfolios primarily in Michigan, Indiana and Ohio. Through continuous improvement and program evaluation, I enhanced delivery to exceed client and customer expectations.I also continue to develop innovative pilots to bring our utility partners for their growing objectives.
