Proactive Aerospace Engineer with experience across the full lifecycle of Gas Turbine Component and System Design. Brings a unique exposure to Engineering Quality and Continuous Improvement in complex systems environments. University of Nottingham graduate with a First-Class Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering, identified as a consistent high-performer and awarded the department \'High Flier\' Award. Achieved placement on the Rolls-Royce Graduate Leadership Development Programme, designed to stretch and challenge early career individuals, shaping them for future Leadership roles (exited 2022).As Quality Lead, successfully led problem investigation teams through industry standard problem solving frameworks (8D) for high technical/business impact escapes (CoNQ upwards of £4.5 million). A trained Lean Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner, having completed projects to introduce robust assembly validation methods, as well as develop statistical understanding of process inputs on key outputs within complex manufacturing processes.Currently in role as the Design Team Lead for Combustion Operations & Services Support, and Fleet Programmes. Leading a team of 10 Engineers ensuring operational continuity and delivering life extension modifications for Combustion commodities.
