As a Recruitment Manager at Omni RMS I lead a team of talented people across a number of our key customers within the business. My focus is ensuring the team have all the necessary tools available to them to resource effectively for our clients. I have a focus within recruitment strategy to ensure a cost effective plan is in place for all of our customers and that we continously improve the recruitment cycle for their candidates, improving things such as time to hire and lessen external agency usage. As an outsourced provider, we embed ourselves into our customers as if their internal recruitment team and my staff will ensure they live and breathe the culture so we can onboard the best hires possible for the company. My team currently support companies such as: Flogas, Pimlico & The Neighbourly Group, Baywater, The Priory and The Home Office.
