Experienced business leader whose career spans industry, finance, consulting and technology, bringing a bias towards growth and turnaround, commercial negotiation, and driving stakeholder outcomes. After qualifying as an Accountant with Aviva, I moved to consulting with PwC, KPMG and Atos, working to Partner level with blue chip clients, then to HP/DXC, providing IT services to clients such as BP, Aon and Aviva. After an interim role as British Airways Head of IT Delivery, I joined Atos and led sales in the Private Sector. I am also a Non-Exec. of Reason Digital.Areas of expertise- Sales e.g. as Atos Private Sector Sales Director (€0.5+bn pa), from setting the overall market strategy, through to business development, pursuit and deal execution- Transformation/M&A e.g. supported Resolution Plc from start up, due diligence and post deal integration, across 5 major acquisitions, progressing to FTSE100 listing and £5bn company sale 5 years later. Award winner: MCA/Management Today – Best Business Strategy in the Private Sector- Digital Tech e.g. With DXC Technology, responsible for business unit leadership and services to client staff across 40+ countries, delivered by staff including programme turnaround, data centre and applications transformation, cloud migration, security, operations, workplace and onshore/offshore delivery- Operations e.g. led operating model and organizational design in multiple scenarios including FTE exits, operating profit turnaround from minus 50% to +30%, and client service improvement from -50% to +50% Net Promoter Score- Sourcing e.g. Advisory, provider and buyer roles in major deals to $1bn- Finance e.g. senior roles with Aviva then Finance transformations with PwC and KPMG. P&L responsibility for businesses in DXC and Atos to $200m pa turnover, often from positions of decline to growth in revenue, profitability and customer reputationMy greatest satisfaction is in developing teams and businesses, helping them to the next stage of their journey. As a person I bring the communication skills, gravitas and insight expected at Board level whilst at the same time priding myself in an ability to operate successfully at all levels of an organization and society. Outside work I represent Great Britain at triathlon and am married with four children
