Serve as an instructor for various live & virtual training classes. Co-lead a 4-year recruiting transformation project tasked with completely redesigning our application and assessment process. This included the implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS), assessment testing, video interviewing software, and other significant process/technology changes.
