ABOUT SEAN TOMAS FORD

Versatile Operations & People Leader with 10+ years of experience spanning global theatre production, high-impact events, and Big Four facilitation. A strategic generalist, I excel at connecting dots, aligning people, and delivering results in fast-moving, ambiguous environments — all under pressure and with a calm smile. I\'m known for driving innovation, building culture, and bringing complex ideas to life through storytelling.After graduating from Oxford, I pursued a career in theatre and the international festival circuit — a path that began as a fledgling interest during school and evolved into a decade of global production leadership. From 2015 to 2022, I worked primarily as a freelance Production Manager, leading large-scale international tours and events as well as intimate, mission-driven and community projects across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.During the pandemic, I returned to academia to complete an MSc in Political Science at the University of Amsterdam — driven by a long-standing interest in democratic systems, ethics, and social impact. That intersection of critical thinking, cultural production, and collaboration continues to shape how I lead.Most recently at KPMG Ignition, I’ve helped establish a new innovation hub, led strategic client engagements, and designed 50+ experiential sessions with senior leaders to accelerate problem-solving and unlock new ways of thinking.I’m particularly energised by work that brings together people, ideas, and systems in creative ways — whether in a theatre, a boardroom, or a classroom.
