My passion is helping companies to scale growth and profitability by identifying the most effective financial and operational metrics, and using them to create improvements, efficiencies, and accountability within the organization. I have immersed myself in operations to provide a vision and strategic roadmap while working across all divisions and departments to collaborate effectively and lead teams to positive results.I have over 15 years of accounting and finance experience including public accounting, audit, corporate finance, and financial advisory. Throughout my career I have continued to move up to positions of greater responsibility, opportunity and challenge, and I enjoy being outside of my comfort zone while continuing to be forced to improve and learn new things. I understand that being a financial executive requires strategic and tactical contributions outside of strictly financial operations. One must have exceptional analytical ability and the understanding of the business as a whole to truly be a thought leader within an organization. I have always began my new roles within a company by starting from the ground up and getting my hands dirty, allowing a more thorough understanding of the business from the inside out. I have an entrepreneurial thought process, and am always thinking outside the box to add value even when others could not.My goals are simply to provide exceptional value to clients or the companies I work for regardless of the role I am in. I believe all roles can be done better or more efficiently, and only those who stop seeking improvement will fail to reach their true potential. I am very competitive and hungry to improve and this shows in both my work ethic and the expectations that I always aim to exceed.
