   WWE Media Creative Director is a new title created to focus on our department\'s creative growth and future. I am honored to be stepping up into this new roll, and I couldn\'t be more excited about the opportunity. I am a people person. I have a real gift in being able to see an artist\'s strengths and future potential for our department, and I make sure they get the right opportunities to build themselves up with management and become a SuperStar. I can keep an office fun during stressful deadlines. I serve the people who work under my leadership, and now my role is officially expanding our entire Department. A lot of my day is talking to people and being in meetings while maintaining a hand in several projects simultaneously.Responsibilities include-Manage/Mentor new Art Directors-Maintain and grow Creative Relationships with other WWE departments-Manage Projects and Staff Talent as needed-Create/Maintain Recruiting relationships with top level Art Colleges​-Act as a Recruiting contact and organizer for all Creative Job Postings -Develop our Training curriculum to onboard remote artists​-Train Junior Level Talent for their first two months on the job-Manage/Represent the department when our VP is unavailable.
