ABOUT SEAN STEPNIK

Downstream Mechanical Inspector and Mechanical Planner with decades of experience working as a craftsman, supervisor, inspector and planner. I have been lucky enough to work on projects from the Arctic Circle to the Gulf of Mexico. Hard work and a commitment to always learn more about the plants I have worked in has allowed me to move from a helper to Mechanical Planner and Lead Inspector but I\'ve always identified as a pipefitter. The time I\'ve spent as a tradesman helps me to always look for safer and less stressful ways to preform a job while planning and helps me to foresee potential problems when doing mechanical inspections. I have worked in ethanol plants, chemical plants, military bases, power plants, refineries and even an artificial island on the arctic ocean.
