Originally starting out at Automation Logic between Nov 2021 - May 2023 when the company were acquired by Version 1 who are a leading transformation consultancy that typically helps companies of a large, heavily-regulated nature become automated, agile and competitive by using cloud-native solutions. My main focus is attracting, recruiting and retaining talent across all levels. The businesses goal at Automation Logic in 2022 was to grow the organisation by 40% within the highly competitive and volatile DevOps and Cloud Engineer market which we achieved by the end of Q2. Outside of this I assisted in helping to improve our interview, hiring and onboarding process, an improvement in our EVP and employer brand and advanced our overall employee journey. Now a part of the UK DDC (Digital, Data & Cloud)/Platform team at version 1, my focus remains on sourcing top talent across a variety of cloud roles.
