Blue Spruce has also closed a Private Equity Investment in Center Point Renovations Colorado, a bathroom remodel company located in Colorado Springs and serving the Front Range. Blue Spruce Management\'s clients are the boards, management, lenders and equity investors of startup, stressed or distressed companies that wants to take operational inventory to build a better business or in preparation for a capital event. Our process begins with a rigorous internal due diligence exercise. The near term result is a self aware company that can nimbly raise capital and take advantage of strategic opportunities.
