As the North District Sales Manager my role is to help support and grow the Vector Security branches for residential, builder, enterprise, & multifamily across the North territory which consists of NJ, PA, DE, Ohio, and NY-Work closely with the GM\'s, Sales Managers, and Sales Consultants to promote the newest technology in the security, video, IOT, and smart home/apartment automation industry-Coach, motivate, and develop sales consultants prospecting and business development techniques to grow our new account base through self generating efforts such as networking, vendor shows, cold calling, referrals, developing new programs, & partner relationships -Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding -Train new sales managers and sales consultants for residential and business to business to teach the Vector consultative sales approach
