LGC BioSearch Technologies Division The Global Workflow Solutions (formally Integrated Solutions) Director manages a multi-disciplinary team to provide technical leadership and drive workflow applications development by working closely with key customer accounts to support strategic objectives in the LGC Genomics division. • Working with customers and internal stakeholders, and serve as a key contributor to product support and customer care related to integrated instrument/reagent workflows. • Participate in informing product development to meet roadmap objectives across the entire portfolio in purification, molecular assays, and instrumentation. • Assist in the address the needs for both products under development and marketed products, as well as contribute to the global strategy development plan. • Responsible for leading, coaching, and developing members of their team including molecular biologists, field support personnel, and engineers ranging from BS to PhD level and with varying years of professional experience. • Key internal technical leader between other product development groups, software development, manufacturing, marketing, customer support within LGC genomics. • Contributor to the oversight of global key account collaborations • Technology assessments presented by these Key Account organizations and match them to the needs of the divisions in the company • Advocate and guide technical concepts into molecular testing applications and product development • Contribute experience with multiple systems solutions e.g, instruments, reagents, and assays
