I am a great leader, but I am always looking for ways that I can improve myself. My personal values are what makes me a good leader. The values that mean the most to me are, loyalty, commitment, and building quality relationships. Loyalty, commitment, and building quality relationships provide motivation for my followers to believe in me. Also, having quality relationships brings people together, which can boost work ethic. These traits describe who I am, being loyal shows how much I care, showing my commitment shows that I have a good work ethic, and finally, my want to build relationships shows that I want to learn from others, and I want others to learn from me.
