Initiate, design and execute programs to optimize processes, to meet plant efficiency programs, or to meet target yields, cost controls, customer specifications, and product quality attributes. Conceive, plan, design and conduct advanced independent research in process development. Write and review technical reports, quality documents, and manufacturing batch records in compliance with GMP and GLP guidelines.
