About Sean Rowland
My name is Sean Rowland, and I am a Management Consultant with PRADCO as well as an ABD Ph.D. candidate in the Industrial and Organizational Psychology program at the University of Akron. As a Management Consultant, I work with both public and private organizations to help them identify and develop their leaders to promote better organizations through better leadership. As a researcher, my primary research focus is leader development, with a particular focus on how leaders create the foundation of their leadership style.
