About Sean Racette

I am a business management major and a member of the men\'s basketball team at Wentworth Institute of Technology. My experiences, both in the workplace and on the court, have shaped me into a strong communicator and a creative problem solver.Playing collegiate basketball has taught me invaluable lessons about teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. I’ve learned the importance of being a reliable teammate, staying focused under pressure, and continually striving for improvement, qualities I bring into every aspect of my professional life.Academically, my coursework in business management has given me a strong foundation in data-driven decision-making, organizational leadership, and strategic thinking. This has equipped me to analyze challenges from multiple angles and make informed, impactful decisions.In addition to my studies, I have several years of experience in commercial moving and I’m currently working gaining experience in event maintenance. These roles have honed my leadership and communication skills, allowing me to effectively engage with customers, lead teams, and solve complex problems. Whether managing people or resolving customer issues, I’ve learned how to adapt quickly, prioritize tasks, and make decisions that balance short-term needs with long-term goals.
