ABOUT SEAN PRICE
As someone who has been working within the hospitality industry for over 15 years, I have extensive experience within customer service through a variety of lenses. More specifically, my knowledge of the travelling public forms a complete and thorough understanding of the needs of the modern day traveller. Experience with Marriott International (formerly Starwood Hotels and Resorts) in the Front Office department has afforded me the ability to grow within customer service, seeking to enhance and exceed expectations of guests using an ever-growing collection of resources while working within a larger team to drive success in our organization. Moreover, additional positions in the aviation industry, with multiple aviation companies, has allowed me to enhance my understanding of the pressures of modern day travel, what guests are seeking and how I can have a positive impact on guest travel, perception and loyalty. Additionally, an integral part of this past experience has been my commitment, growth and continual renewal of my safety-oritented career. Through considerable training, re-qualifacations and constant learning I seek to provide a safe environment for guests, co-workers and myself. These experiences ultimately led me to a role as Associate Professor at Seneca College in Flight Services where I instructed students on all aspects of Flight Services in preparation for future employment in the industry. I have a passion for facilitation in all forms, delivering engaging, unique and memorable content to help enhance the lives of others. I moved to PagerDuty, a technology company their recruitment efforts. During my tenure at PagerDuty I became the Employer Branding Program Manager where I oversaw our internal brand and our cultural transformation. All of this experience prepared me for my current role as Academic Program Manager at Seneca College.
