My professional background includes significant roles at renowned establishments such as STK (The One Group) and BLT Steak, where I developed a deep understanding of high-volume operations and fine dining service. As I’ve operated and managed several successful restaurants, including The Goodyear House and Old Town Kitchen & Cocktails, I’m excited about our upcoming projects like Chief\'s Modern Cocktail Parlor and Folia.
