Sean Joyce brings over 15 years of policy, campaign, crisis communications, and coalition management expertise to Atlas Crossing. Additionally, Joyce currently serves as Executive Director of the Shippers Coalition, an organization made up of 80+ companies including Fortune50 and Fortune500 agribusinesses, chemical companies, transportation services, shippers, retailers, beverage companies and aggregates.Joyce has represented companies covering a diverse range of issues including Uber, PepsiCo, The Home Depot, United Technologies, National Restaurant Association, Space-X, and DiSH Networks.Having recently left Capitol Hill as Chief of Staff for Congressman Patrick McHenry (R-NC), Joyce provides counsel to clients on strategic engagement with Congress the Administration. As a Chief of Staff, Joyce directed day-to-day operations for McHenry, the Top Republican on the Financial Services Committee, while overseeing the nexus where politics and policy meet communications and outreach. Prior to his time with McHenry, Sean held a variety of senior staff positions for Transportation and Infrastructure Committee Chairman Bill Shuster (R-PA), including Legislative Director, Communications Director, National Security Advisor; in addition to serving as his Campaign Manager for several cycles.
