I am an Underwriting Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt, and US Army Veteran with a Master of Business Administration and deep experience driving profitability in the mortgage industry by implementing cutting-edge underwriting strategies. I excel at developing world-class underwriting policies, guidelines, and procedures for conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA loans for 10K clients. I boosted employee productivity by 20% and informed salary recommendations that led to promotions for high-performing team members in six months at WMC Mortgage. I achieved this by honing staffing procedures through implementing a comprehensive performance evaluation system that communicated feedback to employees. I reduced JP Morgan Chase’s investor exception backlog by 30% and improved our process efficiency by ensuring the proactive management and timely resolution of issues through accurate tracking.
