Project Manager for the Ship Self-Defense System (SSDS) Surface Training Advanced Virtual Environment (STAVE) in support of Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Port Hueneme Division (PHD), and Integrated Warfare System -80. The STAVE contract is a $105M, program with customers, stakeholders, personnel, and subcontractors located in Port Hueneme CA, Washington D.C, Dahlgren and Norfolk VA. ·Responsible for cost, schedule, and technical performance for entire program.·Manage a diverse team of 3 subcontractors, and a team of 25 personnel dispersed throughout the United States.·Maintain and build customer confidence and relationships.·Assist the Operations Manager in meeting programs goals, resource planning, monitoring, and reporting progress.·Identify, remediate, and escalate operational challenges, gaps, risks and issues, and improvement opportunities to business operations and program leadership.Forward leaning, customer focused, solution focused. Always looking on how to improve!Integrated Combat System (ICS) Integrated Planning Team Training Lead, coordinates and conducts Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA) working groups throughout multiple program offices (IWS 80, IWS X, STSTC), coupled with a Front End Analysis once the JTDA has been completed. Coordinate and maximize future training efforts resulting in a seamless training pipeline for Sailors both experienced and fresh at the helm. This position not only supports individual Sailor career growth but also contributes to the Navy’s overall success by aligning Sailor development with the Navy’s strategic goals. •Through design, implementation, and oversight of the comprehensive training.•Identify training gaps based on various reporting’s from the Fleet and Training commands.•Develop curriculum and identify associated training aides•Develop POA & M based on deliverable deadline(s)
