Food Access Coordinator @City of Somerville

I am Chef de Cuisine for an all locavore, farm to table food and event company, based in Somerville MA. I am responsible for operating and managing a busy kitchen and its staff, designing menus for in house events as well as off site catering events, and identifying and sourcing fresh food and products directly from locally based farmers and food producers. In addition, I assist in the booking of music and other entertainment events at our 350 capacity event hall.
