I am a former Division I athlete who played football at Fresno State University, and I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Communications from California State University, Northridge.I began my professional career in local government as a Recreation Coordinator for the City of Santa Clarita, where I developed a strong foundation in multitasking, team supervision, program management, and customer service. While I valued my time serving the community, I was eager to take on new challenges and saw an opportunity to transition into medical sales, a move that aligned with both my strengths and long‑term career goals.Over the past 13 years, I have built a successful and progressive career in the medical sales field, advancing through two organizations and taking on increasingly complex leadership responsibilities. My time leading the acute and outpatient sales team as the District Manager of Central Texas was especially defining. During that period, I guided one of the top‑performing districts in the nation, consistently delivering nation‑leading results. Under my leadership, my team earned 12 TPC awards, and I personally received 4, reflecting not only individual excellence but also a deeply embedded culture of performance, accountability, and collaboration.This track record of developing talent and driving high‑impact outcomes ultimately led me to my current role as Senior Manager of Sales Training at Abbott Nutrition, where I oversee national training and development initiatives. In this position, my team and I design and implement training content that strengthens capability across our sales teams by supporting new hire success, enhancing ongoing field effectiveness, and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. I’m passionate about building leaders, elevating performance, and creating learning experiences that translate into measurable results in the field.As a former athlete with a naturally competitive spirit, I’m driven to work in environments that offer challenge, growth, and the chance to compete at a high level.
