ABOUT SEAN MURPHY
I am an Assistant Building Surveyor at Currie & Brown Glasgow and a Committee Member for the RICS Matrics Glasgow. I achieved a First Class BSc(Hons) degree in Building Surveying at Glasgow Caledonian University, with my efforts rewarding in the Top Management Student prize from the CIOB. I have gained a variety of experience over the past two-years working at Currie & Brown working on a diverse range of projects and instructions. Including: Contract Administration duties on projects with value up to £5 million, Dilapidations (Interim and Terminal), Schedules of Condition, Stock Condition Surveys (Clients Portfolio), Condition Surveys (Industrial, Commercial, Traditional/ Historic), Measured Surveys, and Feasibility Studies.
