Estates Manger - Royal Albert Dock Liverpool, responsible for the daily running of an estate containing The United Kingdoms largest group of Grade 1 listed buildings within HSE, Environmental & statutory Legislation. Setting of annual budgets and subsequent reconciliation to RICS standards, ensuring accuracy & transparency, an annual budgetary apportionment of over 2.5 million. Contractor Management of a large permanent team of maintenance, security & cleansing. Forward planning of all PPM aspects whilst complying with the conservation requirements of a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Delivering a driven commercialisation and activation plan in order to achieve high quality, brand sensitive added asset value in line with stakeholder leasing strategies whilst ensuring the balanced tenant mix is considered. I work closely with all other waterfront partners, Liverpool BID, Liverpool City Council and all Joint Agencies whilst ensuring that the 6.5 Million visitors to Royal Albert Dock Liverpool remain safe whilst enjoying a unique visitor experience. I have been integrally involved In some of the cities most prestigious events over the last 10 years including, The Liverpool Rock & Roll Marathon, The Liverpool Triathlon, Sea Odyssey Giants, International River Festival, Armed Forces Day, Northern Boat Show and many more which has seen some 50 million + visitors to the waterfront during this time, Working side by side with the Home Office & Merseyside Police during political party conferences and many more hight profile events.
