Hi, I’m Sean Mitchell, a Washington, D.C.–based commercial and residential mortgage broker and the founder of Brookland Capital Partners. With over 20 years of experience in commercial lending, real estate finance, and capital advisory, I specialize in structuring smart, scalable financing solutions for homebuyers, real estate investors, and business owners.I believe in building meaningful relationships through networking, collaboration, and strategic partnerships—whether with realtors, investors, brokers, or capital providers. I started my career working in large financial institutions like Citibank and Bank of America Small Business Banking which provided me with a wealth of experience and insight into the corporate world.From there I transitioned into the mortgage brokerage world and ultimately started Brookland Capital Partners. Currently I\'m pleased to be working in partnership with Barrett Financial Group, LLC and through this relationship I am able to provide my clients and partners amazing personal service and attention.As a mortgage broker I specialize in working with buyers whether they’re first time buyers, move up buyers, or investors.
