I transitioned the CEO role to Amber Manning, the 3rd generation of Millers to lead this organization. Since my brother, Matt, and I acquired the Miller Group from our dad, we have grown the top line by over and the bottom line by We are consistently recognized as a Best Place to Work and a Healthiest Employer and were recognized as the Business Philanthropist of the Year in 2018. Now that I have passed the leadership of the Miller Group, I am eager to serve other leaders. I\'m passionate about leadership and businesses that impact their community. From experience I also understand the issues of an owner/CEO. I\'m an entrepreneur who likes to empower others to grow their business, become more efficient in all they do and enrich their story line.
