   Led and managed the acquisition and divestment of more than 10 million SF of pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing and laboratory facilities and businesses as well as managing a significant number of due diligence studies. Representative projects include- The sale of an oral solid dosage manufacturing and packaging operation in the northeast U.S. saving more than 100 jobs- The sale of a biologics manufacturing facility in Austria to a major global veterinary medicines company for animal health vaccine production- Supported the strategic planning and site selection process for a clinical stage cell & gene therapy research company which led to the lease of SF of R&D and clinical testing laboratories. Also managed the start-up and operational activities to occupy the laboratories- The target identification and lease of a SF small molecule API R&D, kilo lab and pilot plant facility for a major Italian contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO). Also managed the start-up and operational activities to occupy the facility- The sale of an operating mammalian cell culture roller bottle drug substance R&D and manufacturing facility and business to a global CDMO- The lease of a mammalian cell culture biologics drug substance R&D and pilot plant facility to a global CDMO- Supported the strategic planning to identify a cell & gene therapy R&D laboratory and pilot plant facility which led to the lease of SF of space in a major metropolitan science center. Also retained to manage the design and fit-out of the laboratories, pilot plant, offices and utility spaces- The acquisition of a generic oral solid dosage pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging operation with over SF of facilities by a major Chinese pharmaceutical company.
