We do not take what we do lightly, and we do not deliver information without first applying rigorous input models using real-world high-threat application. These models are plugged into our HRO Framework to determine the efficacy and fragility of TTP’s, equipment, logistics, and planning within various contexts, environmental pathology, and organic asset allocation for the complex or chaotic response AO.In order to gain critical fidelity and clarity of what works and what fails, our approach employs a multidisciplinary mindset. These disciplines include: nonlinear sciences, statistical mechanics, operational design thinking, Agile/Lean, human factors, small-unit tactics, scale-free networks, and disruptive innovation to highlight a few. This holistic treatment allows the end-user to always address friction points and operational gaps within the environmental pathology and the context of the intended utilization.
